Meet the Teacher

   Hello! My name is Mrs. Williams.  Years ago, I chose to commit my life to the education of children.  I truly love teaching and working with a multitude of learners. I strive to provide a safe, positive,  and exciting environment that fosters maximum learning. 
    I am honored to have taught at Cornelia Elementary for 15 years.  I received my Bachelors in Early   childhood Education Degree from Piedmont College.  I have taught 1st grade for 13 years,  2nd grade for two years , and will be teaching third grade for the 2020-2021 school year. 

      I have been married for 16 years and have one son who is turning twenty. I also have two dogs who are a part of my family as well.  I enjoy hiking, cooking , exercising, and spending time with friends and family. 

       I look forward to working together with you as a partner in your child’s educational  endeavors.
